The most thrilling action-packed stealth game of this year “Dishonored 2,” will be coming soon this spring and will be available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Dishonored 2 takes your protagonist, Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin, to the coastal city of Karnaca where the choices you make will have significant impact on the world.

Fans will love the open-world exploration of the game, and all the new features that will come with it.

Announced at E3 2015, alongside the high-profile Fallout 4, Dishonored 2 looks to take the award-winning Dishonored to new heights. Like the original game, there’s more first person stealth action as you find the Empire of Isles under threat once again.

Gameplay Trailer

This time around, there will be two playable characters – Corvo makes a welcome return, but he’ll be joined by Emily Kaldwin, who’s just been forced to be removed from her position of empress.

There’s quite a few details revealed already, so read on for everything you may know about Dishonored 2.

It seems most likely that we'll get more info and a solid release date at E3 2016. Bethesda is set to host another conference this year, and it makes sense that Dishonored 2 will have a big presence at the show.

In Dishonored 2, you can either play as Dishonored’s protagonist Corvo, or opt to play as the new female lead Emily Kaldwin.

You might remember Kaldwin from the first Dishonored game and that game of hide and seek. Apparently that proved excellent grounding for her career in murder, and in 15 years she’s gone from curious young empress to a rather badass assassin.

In the first game you get a few scenes and exchanges that suggest her transition, including references to her interest in sword fighting and hand-to-hand combat. Plus, her father figure does just happen to be a notoriously skilled assassin.

Rather than making Emily Kaldwin look ridiculously overdressed, Arkane Studios has given her a more proper style for her appearance. She’s got a simple collared coat and a patterned scarf to cover her face, while underneath she seems to have a white shirt and some sort of doublet or waistcoat. Combine that with her short hair and she looks pretty awesome.

As for Corvo Attano, we don’t see much of him in the announcement trailer.

We don’t even know yet how the dual protagonist feature will work. Overall, this game will be very entertaining for Dishonored fans and for those who can’t wait to play Dishonored 2. For first timers, you should play the first Dishonored game to get the experience needed to play the sequel, so that you can understand the story about each character and their missions.

Dishonored fans, get ready for the game of the century!
